Located on the Job Postings page, the pipeline Filter button allows recruiters to focus on candidates at specific stages of the recruitment process. When clicked, it opens a filtered list of applicants associated with the selected job post, organized according to the hiring pipeline (e.g., New, Reviewed, Interviewing, Hired). This makes it easy to track and manage candidates based on where they currently stand in the hiring journey.
Each application has a context menu offering quick actions. Among these is the Open Profile option. Clicking this will take you directly to the candidate’s full profile, displaying comprehensive information including qualifications, work history, certifications, and documents. This feature is particularly useful when you want to review a candidate in detail without leaving the Job Postings interface.
Within the job post menu itself, you'll find a button labeled Filter Crew by Job Post. This function generates a list of all crew members who have applied for that specific vacancy. It’s an efficient way to view every applicant connected to a job post at a glance, helping recruiters compare candidates and make informed decisions faster.
